• Creators: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, social handle and links, follower count, city, niches, photo and bio.
• Brands: company name, contact name, email, phone (optional), budget and project description.
• Chat and forms: the information you voluntarily send us.

Purposes

Listing creators in the directory, connecting creators and brands, managing your account and communicating with you. Processing is based on your consent and the performance of the service.

Confidentiality of your phone number

A creator’s phone number is never shown publicly. A brand’s contact details are only shared with a creator after validation by our team.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the Synergium team and is not sold to third parties.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, then deleted or anonymized on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to info@synergium.ma. You may also contact the CNDP.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising trackers. Our profile analytics are anonymous and cookieless. Only technical cookies (session, login) may be used.
